Hacking IPhone IOS 7 Lockscreen

  1. Hacking iPhone iOS 7 Lockscreen, Apple’s flashy new mobile operating system has been in the public’s hands for all of 48 hours. Now one user has already found a bug  that blows a hole in its security protections.
  2. About this time every year, Apple gives a gift to mobiledevelopers: the newest version of iOS. The all-new Apple iOS 7 launched at WWCD 2013 this week and Just after 48 hours of iOS 7 release, Jose Rodriguez able to hack and bypass Lockscreen to access the Photos in just a few seconds.
  3. It’s no surprise that iOS 7 beta has its flaws. iOS is infamously popular for its lockscreen bugs that can let anyone bypass the passcode on iOS device to gain access to a private information. It’s only available to those with developer accounts, for now, and those who have used it describe it as majorly buggy. It’s likely Apple will patch this bug before the operating system sees its official release.
  4. The video below showing how to completely bypass the iPhone’s password protection by accessing the calculator available on the lock screen.

  6. By opening iOS’s Control Room and accessing the phone’s calculator application before opening the phone’s camera, anyone can access, delete, email, upload or tweet the device’s photos without knowing its passcode.
  7. Lockscreen bypass is just the latest in a series that have been found in iOS, and others haven’t been spotted in beta. Better for Apple to fix this bug now than when the software has been downloaded to millions of iPhones.

What is Applocker, how does it protect systems, and more importantly, how to bypass this security feature. So many issues to tackle in this article! What is Applocker? Applocker is a software whitelisting tool introduced by Microsoft starting from Windows Vista/Seven/2008 in order to restrict standard users to only execute specific applications on the system. e.g.: “Alice can run explorer.exe, Bob, however, cannot!” If you are conducting penetration tests, you will likely find Applocker on very sensitive machines: industrial computers, ATM, business workstations, etc. How does it work? Backdoor/Rootkit Comes Pre-installed

Here's some bad news for Android users again. Nearly 3 Million Android devices worldwide are vulnerable to man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks that could allow attackers to remotely execute arbitrary code with root privileges, turning over full control of the devices to hackers. According to a  new report  from security rating firm BitSight, the issue is due to a vulnerability in the insecure implementation of the OTA (Over-the-Air) update mechanism used by certain low-cost Android devices, including BLU Studio G from US-based Best Buy. Backdoor/Rootkit Comes Pre-installed The vulnerable OTA mechanism, which is associated with Chinese mobile firm Ragentek Group, contains a hidden binary — resides as  /system/bin/debugs  — that runs with root privileges and communicates over unencrypted channels with three hosts. According to the researchers, this privileged binary not only exposes user-specific information to MITM attackers but also acts as a rootkit, potentiall...
